Theresa Loe is a growth coach – for both lifestyle and business. She helps people grow more flavorful and healthful lifestyles through organic food skills. And she helps digital entrepreneurs grow their dream businesses through strategic, heart-centered marketing.

Theresa has a diverse and successful background as a digital entrepreneur, the Co-Executive TV producer of the top organic-gardening series on PBS, and as an on-camera expert in small-space food growing, homesteading and preserving. She has developed her brand, Living Homegrown Media, into a dynamic 6-figure business that includes online courses, business coaching and a membership site for organic, sustainable living. Her award-winning Living Homegrown Podcast is one of the top food podcasts on iTunes and currently has over 1.2 million downloads.

Theresa’s goal is to see more food planted in urban backyards and more seeds of hope planted in the hearts of entrepreneurs who are following their passion. In both scenarios, the earth ends up a richer and more fulfilling place.

Theresa Loe is the founder of LivingHomegrown Media, LLC which produces online courses, a membership site and an award-winning podcast helping people live a farm fresh lifestyle without having a farm. Topics include small-space organic food growing, preserving the harvest, sustainable living, as well as business coaching for how-to experts looking to create a thriving digital business through online courses and workshops. The Living Homegrown Podcast has a strong following with over 1.2 million downloads and it always ranks as a top podcast in it’s niche.

She is also the Co-Executive Producer and on-air Canning Expert of Growing A Greener World®, a national gardening television series on PBS.  As a founding producer of the TV series, Growing A Greener World, Theresa helped build this successful TV show to its current level of over 1 million viewers per episode each week. The series is currently in production for season nine and tells the stories of people making a difference in the world through organic gardening.

Theresa is a seasoned garden writer and award-winning communicator for television, print & electronic media, and video. She has been featured on PBS, NPR, HGTV and numerous print magazines and electronic media. She specializes in all aspects of preserving the harvest including canning/pickling/fermenting, city homesteading, small space edible gardening, educational gardens for kids and the agrarian arts.

Theresa is a lifetime canner as well as a graduate of the Master Food Preserver program. She studied both professional culinary arts and sustainable horticulture at UCLA and has a BS degree in Engineering.

Known for being able to demonstrate canning techniques as well as explain the science behind the methods, Theresa is passionate about gardening sustainably while helping others take the garden full circle: From Seed ==> To Pantry ==> To Table
