Day 10 – Four MORE Movies That Might Change Your Life

Oops! I swear I was NOT goofing off. This post didn’t go live yesterday on Day 10 and I am sorry about that. It was a technical error. No…really! The post for day 11 will post later today.

A few days ago, I listed several “Food” movies that might change your life. As promised, I am listed a few more below to continue the conversation. Some of these dive a bit more deeply into the topics of local, sustainable food and agriculture. So if you watch the other movies and want more, these movies should satisfy you.

And be sure to look in the comments of the Part 1 post as some readers shared some other great ideas I am personally going to be checking out.

Click on the Titles to be taken to the movie websites or watch the trailers below.

The Future of Food:

– Another film that you owe it to yourself to watch. It is an eye-opening documentary that distills the complicated issues of GMO’s and patenting into easy to understand information. It empowers consumers to realize the consequences of their food choices.

Food Matters

– In a collection of interviews with leading nutritionists, scientists and doctors, this film explores solutions for overcoming illness naturally.

Growing Cities

~ A Documentary film that examines the role of urban farming in America and asks how much power it has to change what we eat.

 Dirt! The Movie

~ A film that tells the story of the unappreciated material beneath our feet.

Know of more movies we should see? Please share them in the comments!
