Botany of Desire – bonus video

GardenFreshLiv1 I don't know how many of you saw The Botany of Desire on PBS, but it was fabulous. It is based on the book by Michael Pollan. If you missed it, you can watch the full-length program HERE.

You can also watch some bonus videos HERE.

I especially like the bonus video called "Like a Florist from 100 years ago".

It features Teresa Sabankaya, a florist in Santa Cruz who sells locally grown cut flowers (not the norm these days). 30 – 60% of her product is actually grown in her own garden. It also features commentary by Amy Stewart (Wicked Plants author and GardenRant blogger). Check it out.
