Love you blog Theresa. I would love to see more of your garden. You have done a great job with such a small space. We are in the process of remodeling and moving into a 1946 cabin here in the San Jacinto mountains and I will be faced with the challenge of a small garden area as well. Keep up the good work and I love the show as well! I hope you do more shows on urban homesteading and such. Would love if you could teach a master canning class as well. I am in Riverside county and cannot find one for the life of me. But then Riverside county is far behind most other places in that type of thinking. Go figure. With all the farm land and ranches and so forth we have in this county, you would think this would be a hot bed of that type of class. But it’s not. Thanks for putting on such a fabulous show. I hope someday my garden will be worthy of a spot on your show. I already have 20 chickens and 4 Nigerian Dwarf goats and have had both for over 10 years now. Love the eggs and the milk. Thanks for all you do.
Thanks so much for your comment Vicki!
Your move and remodel sound exciting! And yes, small space gardening is a challenge. I will continue to post info on what I have learned after 20+ years gardening in a small space.
As for a master canning class, have to checked with your county extension office? That is where you have to go to find local classes. The Los Angeles branch just started back up their master canning classes last year. Perhaps your area will as well. At least I hope they do. There is a huge demand now for canning classes.
I love Nigerian dwarf goats. They are so adorable! I bet you have fun with them.
