Have to see that episode about the homemade liqueurs. Bought some locally produced ginger syrup at Brooklyn Kitchen last week and thought it would be great mixed with something alcoholic…you, know just for the research

This recipe is actually not on any of the episodes. It is just on our blog for the show, but now that you mentioned it….perhaps we need to film it. Or at least film the party after we make it!

Yea! We all know that this is a good thing to share with friends at Christmas. I have never made it before and this is something I have always wanted to do.

I hope you get a chance to make it this year – even if you have to use frozen fruit. But I can tell you that cranberry liqueur, made with fresh, fall cranberries is wonderful too!

My best friend used your recipe to make her cherry liqueurs to give away for Christmas. I was lucky enough to get this as a gift.
