I know, I know…I seem to be blogging everywhere but HERE these days. Sorry about that. But wanted to keep you all in the loop.

I have a blog post up at Burpee Home Gardens on canning Strawberry Lemon Marmalade

I have never made this before. It sounds tangy and sweet all at the same time. I hope for a better crop of strawberries next year. Mine this year did not do what I had hoped for.

Yes Gunny, it is sweet with a hint of tartness.

Sorry to hear that your strawberries were not up to snuff this year. Many of my crops were not good this year as well. (mainly tomatoes) We had some very strange weather and it seemed to mess with ripening. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that next year is better for both of us.
